Product Warranty:
All products and torque converters supplied are warranted free from manufacturing defects. For any parts claimed as defective, the customer must contact Mikron Engineering Ltd via telephone before returning. On agreement of return, all parts or automatic torque converter must be returned via courier for inspection with a written explanation certifying how installed and subsequently operated. All returned torque converters must not be split or tampered with by a third party as this will revoke any warranty. Liability is limited to the replacement of parts or re-conditioning of torque converter.

Title to goods:
All parts, torque converters and transmissions remain the property of Mikron Engineering Ltd till full and final payment is made by the purchaser of all sums as invoiced.
