Customer Service

Ordering and Delivery:
All items ordered with All Automatic will be delivered within 3 working days (UK) or 5 working days (Europe) from the time of order placement. If there should be a delay to your order we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to select the appropriate delivery option between Royal Mail and Courier. All items are delivered via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If the business owner is not available when the product is delivered the courier will leave a calling card and re-try the next working day. If the delivery is not made the next working day, another calling card will be left instructing the consumer to arrange for a pick-up from the delivery hub. The package will be held at the delivery hub for a maximum of 7 days from a second delivery drop.


We also provide a free delivery service to the London catchment area on allocated days weekly. Please contact the office for the next delivery date in your area.


Returns & Replacements:
To exercise your right to return the received goods, all goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from receiving the delivery of your original order. For a full refund, all products must be returned unused, undamaged, with all the original packaging and any promotional gifts as originally supplied. If items are not returned in full, Mikron Engineering Ltd T/a All Automatic reserves the right to deduct part or a percentage of the original purchase price at our discretion. The customer is required to pay for postage of non-faulty returned items but for incorrect/faulty products please call All Automatic before returning to discuss returns procedure. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises and are signed for. All returned goods will be inspected on arrival by our engineers. Please allow at least 14 calendar days for us to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card or against your agreed credit account. We will endeavour in all circumstances to refund your purchase within 72 working hours of the receipt of the returned goods.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
Payment of goods can be made by credit or debit card and by cheque. If paying by cheque please make payable to Mikron Engineering Ltd and allow 5 working days for the funds to clear before the goods can be dispatched if you do not have a credit account. In terms of credit accounts, monthly payments will be required in order to keep your credit account. Please contact All Automatic if you wish to open a credit account.


Delays: 
Occasionally, the dispatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays, specialised parts required, or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
